What is a brand? A brand is an image and personality of a product or service that a business provides. A product’s features, such as logos or slogans, make it unique and different. A museum brand is what visitors and members understand, think, and remember about the organization. The Webb Deane Stevens Museum’s brand has evolved since The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The State of Connecticut opened the Webb House to the public in 1919. This year, the Museum rolled out a fresh, new brand offering an opportunity to celebrate a belonging to the rich and diverse legacy that is the American Spirit. Come explore the Museum’s brand evolution through a curated collection of signage and photographs.
